Growing up alongside family members with special needs, our family experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating life without the knowledge or support of the NDIS.
For decades, they went without access to vital funding or services, relying solely on the tireless care of devoted family members. Their home was completely modified over time to meet their daily needs unaware that SDA housing even existed, and how much it could have changed their lives.
That experience drives our purpose today. We want to ensure that families like ours are not left in the dark. That they have access to the right support, information, and housing options from the start.

STIL Homes, established in 2023, is a dedicated Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider and a division of Complete Construct Group, a trusted commercial builder operating since 2007.
Built on decades of construction experience, STIL Homes was founded with purpose blending technical expertise with personal insight into the needs of people living with a disability.
